All the results from the test cars have been positive. Because of the amount of PM's, and emails I've been getting, I will now make these available.
The sprockets are intended for the 3cyl. motor with the square tooth timing belt, which I believe to be pre 94. The 94-95 sprockets are also now available, and ocassionally the 96-up sprockets can be had.

They will also work on the 1.3 8V motors, prior to 95, but because of the factory valve timing, I don't recomend any more than +6, and thats only with a fairly healthy cam. If there is interest, I will make +4 sprockets for the 1.3 8V.

This is what is available.
+6, +8, +10 cam sprockets. These are modified stock sprockets.
Dyno testing by B'villetom showed a 5 hp improvement with just a +10 sprocket on a stock motor with open exhaust.

Prices are US$31.50/shipped to US or Canada for the 89-93 sprockets. Shipping is more for the other.

Wait until I get results from n1tro. If the results are positive, then prices will be the same.

To get the stock sprockets off? I knew you hadn't replaced them yet. I have access to an old timing belt if you want to slip that one on and jam a screwdriver in the flywheel ring gear.

Is there no core charge? maybe a discount if we send you back our stock sprocket once youres is installed? Eventually you got to run out of sprockets lol.

There is no core, but I'll charge you one if that will make you happy :D
The problem is that the core charge would be about what it costs to ship.

Its not really neccesary on the Mk1 cars unless you are running lots of cam. In that case, I would go max +6

Perhaps this is a silly question, but couldn't you get 9° (360°/40 teeth) of advance with stock cam pulley by advancing it 1 tooth?

that's actually works out to be 18 degrees, you need to measure by the crank, not the pulley ... (or vice versa)
been there, tried that ..

I have one.
$25 + $8.50 shipping in US/Canada(those ones are heavy)
I recomend the +10 for your car.
