Man those are gorgeous!

I've always been curious about your performance head rebuild prices, but never been at a serious enough point to actually msg you and find out! Looking forward to pricing info...

$80

I can't really put a number on it, but if I were building a serious performance motor, and I could go oversized, SS, and polished, for that price, I'd do it.
I'm not kidding when I say those G13 valves look like jewelry.

How much for a set of oversized and seals only for GT? Or just for the seals.

A new addition. I'll take some better pics later.
Custom made 3tech G10 .5 mm (they actually measure about .6) oversize, 1 pc swirl polished SS valves, with undercut stems.

$15 each.

I looked it up, seems the valve guides from the G10 are the same as the G13BB/G13S 16V SOHC.

So if anyone needs to replace thiers, these should work. Unless Suprfly says differently. =)

Let me look into that.
You can't always trust the listings.
Also working on valves for the 16V SOHC motors.

they are indeed the same, mk2+ 3 cylinders and all 16V sohc. (from all models)

the only one i'm not sure is the 1.6 16V in swifts, they list a different number and it is not valid. could be a typo (60811 against 60B11)

Hmm... Since the head on the G16 16V SOHC is the same as the G13 16V SOHC, it's probably a typo.

A few pics of the G10 swirl polished valves in .5 mm oversize.
Note the undercut stems for increased flow.

You got oversized intake and ex valves for the 1.3 GTI ?

Is .5mm the biggest/best upgrade in size for the head?? What about 1mm oversize?

What difference does the .5 mm make and what is better about swirl polished valves than the others??

More flow, on both accounts.

I can't tell you how much but it's more.

The .5 mm is also good if you've had the head rebuilt, and seats ground before. It prevents valve retention, which.... improves flow :P

Will those valve sit into a standard valve seat or will the seats have to be ground to a larger angle?
