Bolje ti je da nadjes G16b is nekog auta sa prednjom vucom i samo promenis glavu motora sa usisom i izduvom . Mnogo manji posao a skoro isti efekat

Its better to just swap G16B cylinder head with intake and exhaust from the FWD application on your G13bb block . Almost as good and don't have to go through G16b swap

EDIT: also make sure you get the performance cam from Mike for it , you will forget all about full swap

Well , that depends on many things . Intake and exhaust are probably adapted for rear wheel drive Vitara so you cant use it in Justy because they are pointing wrong way , G16B may have different transmission bolt pattern then your engine , so you will need FWD transmission for it . Generally electrical connections are same for G13bb and G16b FWD applications so its plug and play .

There are more knowledgeable members from EU that have done these swaps but you will have to wait little bit for them to chime in since this forum traffic is not what it used to be :(

G series engines should have same bolt pattern for the transmission. I am sure that info is on this site , just search for it to make sure.
Yes , DOHC wiring harness is different

The bell housing bolt patterns are almost the same the top to bolts line up the bottom to are about an inch wider on the G16. There are adapter plates out there for swapping the G16 into samurais that might work for you but may need to rework some of the motor mounts since you would be moving the motor over about 1/2 inch.

The best G16B swap for your 4wd Justy is to find a donor 93 Suzuki Swift sedan which came with the rare factory G16B AWD option. It uses the large frame cable shifted transmission that bolts right up to the G16B bellhousing.
