i've recieved a couple emails in the last 2 weeks asking when will i have altezza tail lights for the mk2/3 suzuki swift. well when i get them made, i want them to be something that everybody will like so i've decided to make this post so that people can submit designs of what they would like them to look like, any photoshop is good, i need the picture because the guy i work with can make anything possible. i've been thinking something like the prelude lights but instead of being for the prelude making custom ones that make a perfect fit for the swift. if you dont know what they look like, heres a pic.

what are the 2 white halves for? ones reverse the other signal white signal? or is it red signal middle brake right running lights and the two white halves reverse?

anyways those look pretty sweet, i like the first picture of the full 2 reds and not 2 halves, but regardless whatever u can get those look good...damn nice swift ......

I always thought of this design. it's the same setup as the mk2 swift, but with a modern look.

sorry for the poor quality, but it was done in paint.

I like 2 red rounded lights in the middle (horizontal) , with the double backup lights (vertical) near the number plate. also double turning lights (vertical) which are a little more sunken from the other lights. and to top it off a carbon fiber background. now imagine this. 8)

ps. what will the price range of altessa lights be?

which ever style everyone likes is gonna be between $180 - $200 and if alot of people want them once they are done and i have pictures they will be cheaper.

i could but i dont have any swifts or metros around the area to get the mold of those tail lights. and the person that does these doesnt want to make only 1 but atleast 10 of each or else he looses $$ but since i know alot of people in the past have been looking for altezza for the mk2 and i got some emails lately i decided to go ahead and order them (not yet still waiting on designs)

Those brake light are cool, will it fit a MK3 ?

I believe it will look fierce if the background of the lights are black instead of shiny silver.

Nevertheless I would wanna get a set if it not too expensive, any chance to have projector headlight made for GTi as well ?

I'd personally want an amber turning signal, not a red one.

Hey JCR. so will the turning light be in white lense ?

So any projector headlights for our gti to go with it ? I believe alot of us will be craving for a matching set of projector headlight as well on our gti.

I`m Steve from australia and I have done this sort of work myself,
by that I mean I have clearcast the Stock guard indicators....Resins are`nt
easy to work with so I out sourced them to a specialist.
Problem: Speciallist does this sort of thing as a hobby so There are only 3 sets of these in Australia and He`s currently casting a clear centre section (MkIII) I have plastic welded sockets to the backing so it will have working lights in the centre panel similar to JDM Cultus...I Digress,
Specialist has been paid in full to produce Prototype set, but 8 months later I am still waiting....Good news is these produced parts are OEM equivalent quality and therefore legality.
Making Altezzas would be one hell of a headache but for the smooth outerlense I might suggest 89-94 US market Geo Metro taillights :D
More power 2 Ya if you have better luck than I did, but enough Yak,
I wanted to tell you about Suzitech (Suzitech Australia) and Suzisport
(Suzisport Australia) These aftermarket suppliers would be more than interested especially Pete from suzitech....If my lights come thru he will Retail them 4 me so you should find an Ally with marketing in him.
Cheers! -Bewitched

Would they fit the mk3 european version? I would be very interested in a set, any chance of developing some projector lights for the front like the maretti (i think thats the spelling). they would look the dogs

I think they would look good with colour coded backgrounds, so they blend in with the car! but they do look good though
