Factory service manual has those measurements, however that section is not present in the online abridged version of the repair manual. If no one uploads the info in the next day or two, I'll go blow a few bucks at the public library photocopier.

All pics point to the same 1700 one. Quick, see if you can edit before anyone notices.......

The diagrams in this post only cover MK2/3 2 door hatches.

Awhile back I had found chassis dimensions and measurements on the site. I had printed the diagrams but have lost them. I have been searching again but all I can find is this post with broken links.

Hi All,

I found this thread interesting because I've never noticed or needed the chassis alignment diagrams before.

So out of curiosity, I bought my factory manual out for a look and I've just checked the above photos against the ones in mine. Many of the measurements are quite different (!?) I'm at a complete loss as to why this would be... Are the photos posted by top down@-40 from a convertible or something?

My manual is a genuine Suzuki SF413 Service Manual GTi with part number 99500-64B01-01E published in 1991.

Sorry about the crap iPhone snaps, but you get the idea...

Hoping this helps more than it does seemingly open a can of worms!

Cheers,

Drew

The difference could be 2 door vs 4 door
